As a Mandarin-speaking lead, you will bridge the gap between our international seller base and the local market, facilitating smooth onboarding processes and optimizing seller performance. You will analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and implement tactical initiatives that enhance seller retention and platform GMV. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, prospect, and acquire high-potential sellers to expand Shopee’s merchant portfolio.
- Manage end-to-end seller onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition and rapid time-to-market.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive long-term business value and loyalty.
- Analyze seller performance data to provide actionable insights and growth recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to resolve operational hurdles and improve service levels.
- Execute strategic campaigns to boost seller participation and campaign conversion rates.
- Represent Shopee in negotiations and market-facing activities to solidify our competitive advantage.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, key account management, or e-commerce sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive acquisition and revenue targets.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data into simple business strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
