Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key business accounts to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans to achieve annual sales targets and expand our market footprint.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (production, logistics, and finance) to ensure timely delivery and high-quality service.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to identify growth opportunities and resolve potential operational issues.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive value for clients.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • Proven track record of managing high-value portfolios and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently, manage complex projects, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Professional fluency in English and local dialects (Cebuano/Tagalog).
