Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand Akari’s market share.
  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for key corporate clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts by presenting new product innovations.
  • Negotiate high-value contracts and service level agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to create customized lighting proposals for large-scale projects.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure seamless fulfillment of client orders and requirements.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in Key Account Management or Corporate Sales, ideally within the lighting, construction, or electrical industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals and manage high-value portfolios.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with C-level executives.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability and professional integrity.
  • Strategic analytical skills to interpret sales data and market opportunities.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client site visits within Metro Manila.
