Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and strategic business reviews.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize account profitability.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and performance metrics for management.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing and logistics, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for the company and clients.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of proven experience in account management or B2B sales.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet with clients within Metro Manila and surrounding areas.
