You will leverage your expertise in relationship management to identify upselling opportunities, address client needs proactively, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills who can navigate complex client relationships and deliver exceptional service.

In this pivotal role, you will be the guardian of our most valuable client relationships. You will work closely with the Business Development Manager to transition leads into long-term partnerships. By analyzing account performance and client feedback, you will drive initiatives that not only satisfy current needs but also anticipate future demands. We are looking for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about exceeding client expectations.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure high retention rates.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to maximize revenue and customer lifetime value.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Support, Product) to resolve client issues and enhance service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to the management team.
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-level client inquiries and escalations.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive account reports and performance metrics to stakeholders.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3-5+ years) in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Solid understanding of sales cycles, CRM software, and account management methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of accounts effectively.
  • High level of professionalism and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
