Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within the territory.
- Execute comprehensive trade marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and product market share.
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and resolve account-related challenges.
- Negotiate service agreements and annual contracts to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including logistics and production, to ensure timely delivery and service excellence.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to provide actionable insights to management.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to track progress against KPIs and strategic objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the FMCG or solar industry.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all professional levels.
- Proficiency in sales data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to travel within the region as required by business needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
