As a Key Accounts Manager, you will work cross-functionally to align our sales strategies with market trends, ensuring that Otsuka-Solar maintains its competitive edge. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within the territory.
  • Execute comprehensive trade marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and product market share.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and resolve account-related challenges.
  • Negotiate service agreements and annual contracts to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including logistics and production, to ensure timely delivery and service excellence.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to provide actionable insights to management.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to track progress against KPIs and strategic objectives.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the FMCG or solar industry.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all professional levels.
  • Proficiency in sales data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Ability to travel within the region as required by business needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
