We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Key Accounts Manager to join the dynamic team at People Profilers. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maintaining strong relationships with our premier clients across the Central Region. Key Responsibilities:
This role requires a proactive approach to sales and account management. You will be the face of our company to our key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met while identifying new avenues for business expansion.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure high retention rates and client loyalty.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Conduct regular market analysis and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
- Travel to client locations within the Central Region to conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales or account management.
- Mandatory Requirement: Must possess your own vehicle (Car or Bike) for daily travel.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs and sales quotas.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
