- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with corporate accounts and key stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and expand client portfolio within assigned territories
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized healthcare solutions to corporate clients
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify growth areas
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and performance reports to client executives
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify strategic advantages
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Healthcare Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate sales or key account management
- Proven track record in developing and maintaining executive-level client relationships
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and trends preferred
