Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive account management strategies to drive revenue growth within key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting executive-level relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and expansion possibilities within existing client portfolios.
- Conduct professional presentations, product demonstrations, and strategic business reviews.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and support teams to ensure seamless delivery of client-focused solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to maximize profitability while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in key account management or strategic B2B sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to articulate value-based solutions.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in English and Malay.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and partners.
