In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary liaison between our organization and top-tier hospital accounts.

You will be responsible for implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives and operations-led programs designed to enhance our market presence. The ideal candidate is an expert at identifying client needs, proposing customized territorial programs, and ensuring that our solutions align perfectly with the operational goals of our healthcare partners. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans for key hospital accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, including hospital administrators and department heads.
  • Conduct regular territory analysis to identify new business opportunities and address existing challenges.
  • Propose and implement customized territorial programs that meet the unique requirements of each account.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of company-led programs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies proactively.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, account health, and territory development progress.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in key account management, preferably within the medical, pharmaceutical, or hospital supply industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable territorial strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing sales team.
