Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned key accounts, fostering trust and mutual success.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, customer service) to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and forecasts, communicating progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within existing key accounts to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Resolve client issues and complaints swiftly and effectively, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to strategically position our offerings and identify potential growth areas.
Kualifikasi
- Proven work experience of 3+ years as a Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or a similar relevant client-facing role.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Solid experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs and business objectives.
- Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills with a strong business acumen.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; local language proficiency is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
