Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for Modern Trade accounts to maximize market share and revenue.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key retail partners and wholesalers in the NCR region.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize product performance.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, including logistics and marketing, to ensure seamless customer delivery.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional terms to secure favorable business outcomes.
- Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Forecast sales volumes and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Modern Trade sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the paper, stationery, or FMCG industry is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Metro Manila.
