Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts in the South Luzon region to ensure high retention rates and customer loyalty.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to maximize sales volume and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments, including production and logistics, to ensure timely delivery and product availability.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, performance forecasts, and account health reviews to senior leadership.
- Resolve complex client issues and escalations promptly to maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products to existing key accounts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success.
- Familiarity with biotechnology products or the pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel within the South Luzon area as required by business needs.
