As a Key Accounts Supervisor, you will lead account teams, refine our regional sales strategy, and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders. We are seeking a strategic thinker who is comfortable in the field, capable of analyzing market trends, and committed to delivering high-level service that keeps Nabati Group at the forefront of the industry.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing key accounts to ensure long-term retention and growth.
- Lead and mentor regional account teams, providing clear direction and performance coaching.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed regional sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in North Luzon to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure product availability and effective promotional execution.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies, pricing structures, and distribution standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales Supervision within the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing high-value client portfolios.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the North Luzon region.
- Proficiency in sales data analysis and reporting tools.
