Are you a dedicated professional looking to drive growth in a dynamic retail environment? CV Sumber Harum Utama is seeking a skilled Key Partners Center & Outer Island Specialist to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for managing our key partnerships, specifically focusing on Pareto outlets and strategic outer island territories.

Your core responsibilities will revolve around driving sales performance, solving complex operational challenges, and ensuring the smooth management of product returns. We are looking for a results-oriented individual who can effectively bridge the gap between our company and our retail partners, ensuring mutual success and high service standards.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with key Pareto outlet partners to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Monitor daily and monthly sales performance, identifying trends and taking proactive measures to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  • Act as the primary problem solver for operational hurdles faced by partners, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of product returns, ensuring accurate data entry and efficient restocking processes.
  • Coordinate with the central distribution center to ensure inventory availability and logistical efficiency for outer island locations.
  • Conduct regular partner visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and offer training on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and highlight key metrics to the management team for strategic decision-making.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or retail operations (1-2 years preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer and partner satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently in the field, including potential travel to outer island locations.
  • Familiarity with return management processes and inventory tracking systems.
  • Target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting KPIs and sales goals.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and basic CRM tools.
