Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key Pareto outlets in center and outer island regions
  • Create and execute strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
  • Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Proactively address and resolve issues related to sales, inventory, and returns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, partner relationships, and market insights
  • Train and support partner staff on product knowledge and effective sales techniques

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management or partner relationship management
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Pareto outlets or similar retail channels is preferred
