Tanggung Jawab

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners to resolve inquiries and address operational challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Supply Chain, Sales, Logistics) to ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Identify, analyze, and unlock new growth opportunities within existing account portfolios.
  • Prepare and present high-level business reviews and performance reports to executive management.

Kualifikasi
