You will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales pipeline, from initial enquiry to closing, while providing data-driven reports to support our strategic goals.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key FMCG clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and market share.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospect enquiries to final contract negotiation.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and generate detailed reports for management review.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to address needs and identify upsell opportunities.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to refine our sales strategy.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a Sales or Key Account Management role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Full professional proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) and English/Malay.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet challenging sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel within the Klang/Port Klang area as required.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
