Tanggung Jawab
- Program car and motorcycle keys using advanced diagnostic equipment and software
- Diagnose and troubleshoot key and lock-related issues for various vehicle models
- Repair and replace automotive and motorcycle locks with precision
- Provide technical advice and exceptional customer service to clients
- Stay updated on the latest key programming technologies and industry standards
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all work performed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Certification or proven experience in automotive locksmithing or key programming
- Familiarity with different car and motorcycle makes and their key systems
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and programming software
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred
