Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise children during club activities and ensure constant safety standards
- Develop and implement age-appropriate recreational programs and games
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of play areas and equipment
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's activities and needs
- Assist in organizing special events and themed activities for children
- Monitor attendance and manage check-in/check-out procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless club operations
Kualifikasi
- Previous childcare or youth supervision experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with children
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for child development
- Basic first aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
