Are you passionate about creating magical experiences for children? Tarabelle is seeking a dedicated and energetic Kids Club Attendant to join our growing team in the heart of Badung, Bali. We believe that play is the work of the child, and you will play an important part in realizing our future and full potential by fostering a safe, engaging, and imaginative environment for our young guests.
As a Kids Club Attendant, you will be the face of our children’s activities program. Your primary goal is to ensure that every child feels welcome, entertained, and secure while their families enjoy our amenities. We are looking for an individual with a bright personality, strong communication skills, and a genuine love for child development.

Tanggung Jawab
- Organize and facilitate daily engaging activities including arts and crafts, storytelling, and indoor/outdoor games.
- Ensure the highest standards of safety and hygiene within the Kids Club facility at all times.
- Provide attentive care and supervision for children of various age groups.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's activities and well-being.
- Monitor inventory of toys, craft supplies, and activity equipment, ensuring everything is in good condition.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting space that complies with safety regulations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special events, themed days, and birthday celebrations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in childcare, education, or a similar hospitality-focused role.
- Passionate about child development and creating interactive, fun environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- First Aid and CPR certification is highly preferred.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced and energetic environment.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in Early Childhood Education is a plus.
