Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute engaging games, crafts, and recreational activities tailored to different age groups.
- Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety, health, and well-being.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic play area and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and daily activities.
- Assist with meal times and bathroom routines, promoting independence and good hygiene habits.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and friendly atmosphere among children and colleagues.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in childcare, hospitality, or education is preferred.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Strong patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays as needed.
