- Design and implement innovative children's activities suitable for diverse age groups
- Enforce strict safety protocols and maintain child-friendly environment standards
- Supervise children during all club activities with vigilant attention to wellbeing
- Coordinate staff schedules and ensure seamless club operations during peak hours
- Manage inventory of educational materials, toys, and safety equipment
- Collaborate with restaurant management to align family dining experiences
- Address parent inquiries and concerns with exceptional professionalism
- Document incidents and maintain accurate attendance/activity records
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in childcare, education, or hospitality roles
- Certification in pediatric first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Proven ability to create engaging activities for children aged 3-12
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and safety
- Creative mindset with ability to innovate on limited budgets
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- High school diploma; early childhood education degree preferred
