Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of Kinaxis Momentum solutions to meet client requirements.
- Design and execute integration strategies with existing ERP and legacy systems.
- Conduct detailed requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis for supply chain planning.
- Provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and training for end-users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope.
- Develop best practice documentation and user guides to facilitate system adoption.
- Advise clients on supply chain optimization strategies using Kinaxis tools.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in supply chain planning, implementation, and system integration.
- Strong working knowledge of Kinaxis Momentum or similar S&OP/CPQ software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear business solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and database management is a plus.
