Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the configuration, customization, and implementation of Kinaxis RapidResponse modules to align with specific business objectives.
- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to define project scopes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, user manuals, and system configurations.
- Conduct comprehensive user training sessions and provide ongoing technical support to ensure high adoption rates.
- Monitor system performance and data integrity to ensure accurate forecasting, demand planning, and supply chain visibility.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to troubleshoot issues, perform system updates, and ensure software stability.
- Analyze current supply chain workflows to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with Kinaxis RapidResponse, including implementation, configuration, or support.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work setting.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain planning best practices is a plus.
