- Design and implement Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions aligned with client business objectives
- Lead architecture workshops to map supply chain processes to technical frameworks
- Develop data models, ETL processes, and performance optimization strategies
- Provide technical guidance to development teams during implementation phases
- Conduct solution validation and performance testing in live environments
- Create comprehensive documentation and training materials for end-users
- Collaborate with sales teams to scope new opportunities and technical requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT consulting with 3+ years in supply chain planning
- Proven expertise with Kinaxis RapidResponse architecture and deployment
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, SQL, and supply chain best practices
- Certification in Kinaxis RapidResponse or equivalent supply chain tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex business needs
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams and stakeholder management
