Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for kindergarten students
- Monitor and document children's developmental progress through observations and assessments
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's learning and development
- Organize educational activities, games, and creative play sessions
- Maintain classroom organization and ensure all materials are child-safe
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development workshops
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Valid teaching certification/licensure (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with preschool/kindergarten children
- Strong understanding of child development principles and educational methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative, patient, and nurturing approach to teaching
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred
