Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for kindergarten or elementary students
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse learning styles
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and maintain accurate academic records
- Collaborate with teaching teams to align curriculum across grade levels
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development and school activities
- Integrate Christian values and character education into daily teaching practices
- Participate in school events, professional development, and faculty meetings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or equivalent field
- Maximum age of 35 years old at time of application
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in kindergarten or elementary settings
- Valid teaching certification preferred
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Commitment to Christian educational principles and values
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural school environment
