Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to kindergarten students.
- Prepare comprehensive teaching preparation (RPP) and teaching materials in advance.
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Mentor and guide students through interactive learning activities.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support development.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and parents to ensure holistic student growth.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Early Childhood Education, English Education, or a related field.
- Experience teaching English to young children is highly preferred.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, energetic, and creative approach to teaching.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
