Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with kindergarten curriculum standards
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning
- Monitor student progress through observation, documentation, and developmental assessments
- Collaborate with teaching assistants and support staff to maintain cohesive classroom management
- Facilitate parent-teacher conferences and maintain open communication with families
- Integrate play-based learning activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Participate actively in school events, workshops, and professional development sessions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching kindergarten or early childhood education
- Strong understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methods
- Certification in early childhood education preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and colleagues
- Creative mindset with ability to design engaging learning activities
- Proficiency in basic classroom technology and educational software
