- Oversee the daily operations of the kindergarten program, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all students
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that align with educational standards and promote holistic child development
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate kindergarten teaching staff, fostering professional growth and maintaining high educational standards
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents, addressing concerns and fostering a strong school-home partnership
- Manage kindergarten budgets, resources, and facilities efficiently to support educational programs
- Ensure compliance with all relevant educational regulations and accreditation standards
- Organize and coordinate extracurricular activities, events, and field trips that enhance the learning experience
- Stay current with best practices in early childhood education and implement innovative teaching methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a leadership or administrative role
- Valid teaching certification and principal licensure or equivalent qualifications
- Deep understanding of early childhood development principles and age-appropriate teaching methodologies
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective educational programs and curricula
- Experience in managing budgets, resources, and facilities in an educational setting
