Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations and strategic planning for kindergarten programs
- Develop, implement, and evaluate age-appropriate curriculum aligned with MOE standards
- Lead, mentor, and manage teaching staff through professional development initiatives
- Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication and community engagement
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain high-quality educational standards
- Manage administrative tasks including budgeting, resource allocation, and enrollment strategies
- Foster a collaborative, positive school culture focused on holistic child development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Valid teaching certification and principal qualification (PPA/PPDM)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in early childhood education, with 2+ years in leadership
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian preschool curriculum and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to manage staff, resources, and parent relations effectively
- Creative problem-solving with a child-centered educational philosophy
