Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and daily activities that align with the school's curriculum.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Observe and evaluate each child's social, emotional, and academic progress, providing regular feedback to parents.
- Utilize creative teaching methods, including storytelling, games, and artistic expression, to facilitate learning.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively while maintaining a positive and respectful atmosphere.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to organize school events, field trips, and holiday celebrations.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, student performance, and health-related incidents.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field.
- Proven passion for teaching and a deep understanding of child development principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Patient, creative, and energetic personality with high emotional intelligence.
- Prior experience working in a preschool or kindergarten setting is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
