- Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that stimulate cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Create and maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration.
- Assess and monitor individual student progress, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs and styles.
- Establish positive, collaborative relationships with parents and guardians through regular communication and parent-teacher meetings.
- Integrate creative arts, music, storytelling, and play-based activities into the daily curriculum to enhance learning.
- Foster good manners, respect, and positive social interactions among children, guiding them in conflict resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic development in compliance with school policies.
- Participate actively in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school-wide events.
Kualifikasi
- A Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience teaching in a kindergarten or preschool setting.
- Deep understanding of child development theories and modern pedagogical approaches.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
- Genuine passion for working with young children, coupled with patience, empathy, and creativity.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to maintain an organized, positive learning environment.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Must be willing to work full-time in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur.
