Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities tailored to the developmental needs of kindergarten students.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning.
- Maintain a positive and organized classroom atmosphere, managing student behavior effectively.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's daily activities and developmental milestones.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to organize school events and educational programs.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (PAUD) or a related field.
- Previous experience in a kindergarten or preschool setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both children and parents.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for teaching young children.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
