Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement creative lesson plans aligned with early learning standards
- Create a safe, stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration
- Monitor children's developmental progress and maintain detailed records
- Facilitate social-emotional learning through group activities and guided play
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding child development and classroom updates
- Collaborate with teaching staff to integrate thematic learning experiences
- Organize engaging educational materials and maintain classroom organization
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience teaching kindergarten or preschool age children
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to connect with young children
- Certification in early childhood education preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities
- Excellent classroom management and conflict resolution abilities
