Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum activities that align with early childhood development standards.
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to participate.
- Monitor and assess each child's progress, providing constructive feedback to support their individual learning needs.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's daily activities, achievements, and developmental milestones.
- Organize and facilitate play-based learning sessions, arts and crafts, and group activities to enhance social skills.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children at all times while adhering to school policies.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to maintain a cohesive and effective educational team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education (PGPAUD/S1 Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini), or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification or license is highly preferred.
- Previous experience working with young children in a preschool or kindergarten setting is an advantage.
- Strong passion for teaching and a genuine interest in child development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both children and parents.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to manage a classroom with enthusiasm.
- Creativity and the ability to design fun, educational activities.
