Unity School is seeking a passionate, dedicated, and energetic Kindergarten Teacher to join our vibrant academic community in Bekasi, Jawa Barat. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, plan, and deliver age-appropriate, engaging lessons and activities that foster early child development.
- Create a safe, clean, healthy, and supportive classroom environment that encourages positive social interaction.
- Assess and monitor each student's development, providing regular and constructive feedback to parents and school administration.
- Utilize a variety of creative teaching methods, including storytelling, games, music, and hands-on art, to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and constructively to ensure a productive and happy learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to organize school events, exhibitions, and developmental programs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Early Childhood Education (PAUD), Psychology, English, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of teaching experience in a preschool or kindergarten setting is preferred (fresh graduates with a strong passion are welcome to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong understanding of child psychology and early childhood development milestones.
- Patient, creative, energetic, and genuinely passionate about working with young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and highly supportive academic environment.
