Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement age-appropriate English-language lesson plans aligned with early learning standards
- Create engaging play-based activities to develop language, literacy, and numeracy skills
- Assess student progress through observation and developmental milestones
- Establish positive communication channels with parents regarding student development
- Collaborate with teaching team to integrate cross-curricular activities
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or Psychology
- 1-2 years of teaching experience in kindergarten or early childhood setting
- Native or bilingual proficiency in English language
- Strong understanding of child development principles and educational methodologies
- Patience, creativity, and passion for working with young learners
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Relevant teaching certification preferred
