Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the Early Childhood Education (ECE) curriculum and focus on English language development.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages social interaction and cognitive growth.
- Assess student progress through observation, play-based activities, and regular evaluations to tailor instruction.
- Foster a love for reading and learning by introducing age-appropriate books and educational materials.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development, progress, and daily activities.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to maintain a cohesive and high-quality educational program.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (PAUD), Elementary Education, or a related field.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in TOEFL or IELTS is a strong plus.
- Previous teaching experience in a kindergarten or preschool setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong passion for child development, patience, and a nurturing personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box for lesson activities.
