Join Private Advertiser as a Kios Agent Freelance Ecosystem Lead and become the architect of our nationwide merchant expansion strategy. - Design and implement nationwide strategic growth plans for merchant ecosystem expansion
- Lead agent acquisition, training, and development initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute CBT framework strategies
- Analyze market trends to identify new merchant opportunities and untapped regions
- Develop performance metrics and KPIs to track ecosystem health
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
- Create scalable onboarding programs for new agents and merchants
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in ecosystem building or agent acquisition leadership
- Strong strategic planning and execution abilities with measurable results
- Deep understanding of Indonesian market dynamics, especially in Jakarta
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Data-driven decision making with proficiency in analytics tools
- Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or B2B sales environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
