Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily kitchen operations including mise-en-place and ingredient preparation.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation are maintained throughout the kitchen area.
- Support chefs in plating food according to established presentation standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with the receiving and storage of supplies.
- Ensure the kitchen workspace is kept organized and safe for all team members.
- Assist in the efficient flow of orders during peak operational hours.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations strictly.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is an advantage, though beginners are welcome to apply.
- Strong commitment to food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
