Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes and specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen surfaces and equipment
- Assist in receiving, storing, and inventory management of food supplies
- Support food service operations during peak dining periods
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency
- Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Assist in basic cooking and plating tasks as directed
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety protocols
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
