Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in food preparation including chopping, marinating, and ingredient assembly
- Cook and plate pizzas and other menu items following recipes and quality standards
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene according to food safety protocols
- Support inventory management including stock rotation and waste reduction
- Collaborate with kitchen team during peak hours to ensure timely service
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to company sanitation and health regulations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training preferred
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting during shifts
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Team player with excellent communication skills
