Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the culinary team in daily food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, chopping, and marinating ingredients.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring all work surfaces, equipment, and storage areas are sanitized.
- Support the kitchen staff during peak operational hours to ensure timely food delivery.
- Properly store food items in refrigerators and pantries, following FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory management practices.
- Operate and clean kitchen appliances and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Dispose of kitchen waste and recycling according to facility protocols.
- Assist in stock receiving and organization as required.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is highly advantageous but not required.
- Strong sense of hygiene, safety, and food handling standards.
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle the physical demands of a busy kitchen environment.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to commit to a 5-day work week.
