Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily food preparation, including washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients according to menu specifications.
- Support the cooking team by preparing basic components and ensuring a smooth workflow in the kitchen.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all food preparation and storage areas.
- Serve customers efficiently and with a positive attitude, taking orders and handling payments as required.
- Restock ingredients, utensils, and kitchen supplies to ensure seamless stall operations.
- Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation regulations (SG Clean standards).
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning equipment, mopping floors, and organizing the kitchen.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service and a great dining experience for every customer.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum qualification: Primary/Secondary education or equivalent.
- No previous kitchen experience is required as full training will be provided.
- Positive working attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours and lift heavy items (up to 10kg).
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Able to start work on short notice is an added advantage.
