Tanggung Jawab
- Support food preparation tasks including chopping, slicing, and ingredient assembly
- Maintain strict hygiene standards and cleanliness of kitchen equipment and surfaces
- Assist in receiving, storing, and inventory management of kitchen supplies
- Follow standardized recipes and portion control guidelines consistently
- Collaborate with kitchen team during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently (mixers, ovens, etc.)
- Support waste reduction and sustainability initiatives in the kitchen
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with physical stamina
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain attention to detail
