Tanggung Jawab
- Assist chefs in the preparation of ingredients, including washing, peeling, cutting, and chopping vegetables and fruits.
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and portion control standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment, utensils, and cookware are cleaned and stored properly after use.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist in receiving and storing deliveries in a safe manner.
- Support the kitchen team during service hours to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
Kualifikasi
- At least SPM/SPM-V qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent personal hygiene and grooming standards.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
