Tanggung Jawab
- Assist chefs with food preparation, including washing, peeling, cutting, and preparing ingredients for cooking.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, dining area, and equipment at all times.
- Ensure that all kitchen tools and utensils are cleaned and stored correctly after use.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Support the kitchen team during service to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
- Adhere to strict HACCP and health and safety regulations to ensure food safety.
- Assist in the cleaning of the restaurant floor and service areas as required.
Kualifikasi
- Malaysian Citizenship is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety procedures.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Previous experience in a hospitality or kitchen environment is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
