Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes and quality standards.
- Operate coffee machines and prepare specialty beverages and refreshments.
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their dining experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen and dining area.
- Assist in food plating and garnishing to enhance visual appeal.
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or kitchen environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Knowledge of Korean cuisine or Korean language is a plus but not required.
